I trying to speak to them on line but somehow the communication does work and they are lots of advertment Hence I walk in on 8 to book an Appmt on 9 before I took my flight and all these I told them when I was doing the booking Today I arrived before 1 Somehow they had cancel my Appmt without me knowing This morning they wrote enacted How are you mdm today .. and they insist this is a confirmation Firstly they standard of English not even can make a simple booking Without calling me to check they cancel the booking n ask me to wait for another 1 hour for the nurse I m catching a flight not sure they understand well wat I told th Yday I did mention I could be late but obviously they dun understand … Ut is completely waste of time Over 48 hrs I personally went to the clinic and they gave doubt in me that o m not sincere just becos they don’t communicate well on chat… they don’t value customer I ‘d completely lost trust in Akira Clinic Very unprofessional in dealing with client This is the reputation they earn …..
