  I came to Thailand from overseas with very limited knowledge of local hospitals, and this hospital was recommended to me by ChatGPT. As this was my first major surgery, I was nervous at first, but the entire experience made me feel completely safe and well taken care of. Dr. Chettasak is extremely professional and experienced. From the consultation and size recommendation to the surgery and post-operative follow-ups, everything was handled with great care and confidence. My pain only lasted about three days, and I recovered very well by the fourth day. The nursing team , my lovely “sisters” ,were incredibly caring, patient, gentle, and always positive. Even when I stayed alone at the hotel, they came regularly to check on me and always brought warmth and encouragement. They truly brightened my heart during recovery. The hospital rooms and facilities are clean, modern, and fully equipped , just like a five-star hotel. I honestly felt emotional when leaving because I was so grateful for the trust, care, and professionalism I received here. I chose this hospital after comparing options in Singapore and China, and I feel very lucky that I made the right decision. Highly recommended

  Absolutely amazing! I had my bottom surgery (colon vaginoplasty) in January 2025 and not only was the entire surgery experience great but the thing that made the hospital stand out was the post operative care. I had to stay at the hospital for a month and the nurses were very helpful and took care of me every single day. Even after returning to my home town all queries were promptly answered on mail and there was no time when I felt helpless. They even supported me greatly with my legal transition as the authorities in my country required confirmation of surgery more than 5-6 times. I had certain issues with keloid scar tissue and hyper granulation but I received support immediately with the doctor checking me up and helping me heal. He periodically kept check of my healing progress and ensured that I am moving in the right direction. One special moment was during the post operative care when we wanted to go out on Valentine’s Day, the doctor had arranged an event at the hospital and even provided a car for us to go to the mall Super sweet nurses, take care of you like family. Would recommend 10/10.

  The quality of surgery and the place itself is top notch. Having worked in hospitals in Europe I was blown away by the level of modernity here and felt immediately very reassured. Nurses and surgeons do a great job even if sometimes it's hard to communicate in English, you still always find a way even if it may involve a bit of Google translate and miming. The transportation service is also a big plus, same for the at-hotel nurses. I only have two complaints, which are quite inconsequential but are still things that should be worked on. -Its sometimes hard to get ahold of surgeons themselves, trying to talk with them after surgery can be a hassle as they are very busy and can't make themselves available. It can be a bit stressful. -Administration sometimes feels odd, they were very responsive and would always be ready to help but I was called a fair few times by the wrong name and it was never changed on my file because of a administrative mistake. Other than that, I would say the work done here is incredible and would recommend the place without a second thought. Thank you for everything and keep at it.

  Had FFS surgery at wihhospital and everything from start to finish was fantastic. The staff are friendly and helpful and the hospital is very nice and modern. Dr Chett is a kind and sweet man, and a great surgeon. I cannot recommend coming to Thailand and this hospital enough. I'm really pleased with my results.
