Went in for a glutathione/Vitamin C IV, and was told they could provide. I found out later it was a Gluta Hi "special " combo they were going to administer. I wasn't pleased by the lack of transparency when I made the purchase at the front desk but decided to try it out. The transfusion never happened. The nurse could not find my vein and didn't try very hard either. Instead, she left the room quickly and had the receptionist come in and ask me if I had an underlaying disease. She recommended that I drink water and come back the next day. I might have needed more water but there were better areas on my arm where she could of found a vein. The whole experience seem amateurish, and unprofessional. The snickering and the laughing around me as I was laying there and the two nurses standing above me not being able to get the job done. The tunicate should of been tighter. This place is a joke. I would bet that more than half of their reviews are fake and the other half are incentive based: a good review for a discount on the next procedure. That is how most of this clinics operate.

Importantly, I had the procedure done by Dr. Nun (Dr. Chotika) and was very impressed. The doctor gave good, straightforward advice. Most importantly, Dr. Nun is highly skilled and provides excellent care. I was truly, truly impressed!
