The actual treatment itself is 5 stars. Stars taken for how hard sales they are. Trying to pitch you very expensive course even when you say you don’t have the money. Coming into the treatment room to keep selling and selling, many times. I went for facial spa which was supposed to be relaxing and I already paid for the service but no, they wanted more. Absolutely ridiculous approach. After I got to the end of my course, I will never ever step back in.

I highly recommend this clinic for my girlfriend's first underarm laser hair removal. At first, I was a little worried it would hurt, but it was practically painless, just a slight warmth. The staff were very attentive, explaining every step in detail. Her skin looked smoother immediately after the treatment, and hair growth slowed noticeably. I was very impressed and will definitely be back for more treatments.
