  I'm a revision case from another clinic. I just had injections today – eyelid lift and crow's feet lift. I want to clarify that I'm not a review case, but I had to write a review because the doctor was incredibly meticulous. 💖💖💖💖 I understand that some people might feel the wait is long, but don't forget that it also depends on the doctor's attentiveness in the treatment room. When I went in, I felt that the doctor gave very attentive and caring advice. They examined my face carefully. That's why it took so long; it's better than the doctor rushing and injecting without even looking at my face properly, which can lead to poor or dangerous results. What the doctor did was excellent and well worth the wait. All the staff at the clinic were wonderful and provided great advice. I'm very happy with the results. The doctor was very gentle and kind, performing the procedure slowly. I didn't feel any pain at all during the injection. I love this clinic so much. I had to write a review because I want the doctor to maintain this standard. The doctor was truly attentive and meticulous during the injection. The results are exactly as shown in the reviews – no deception!

  The staff or salesperson at the counter were very rude. Even before seeing the doctor, they acted like they knew better. They tried to force a change to the treatment I had booked and were very sarcastic. 😂 I'd rather avoid places with staff like that. I asked for a refund because the type of filler I received wasn't what I booked, but they said refunds weren't possible because the company account had already been closed. They suggested I get something else, like skin injections, which I wasn't comfortable with. I understand they informed me before I transferred the money that refunds weren't possible, but I didn't violate any of the terms and conditions. I only got my money back after I refused to accept that. Then, they sarcastically said, "Do you do this often? Don't do this anywhere else again." What did I do wrong? Who would book something like that after traveling all the way from Ayutthaya? 🥺 Is that how a staff member should speak to a customer?
