I had a tough time finding a good dermatologist in my area, with most places focusing on aesthetics. After dealing with dermatitis, I came across Rampada Hospital and decided to give it a try—and I'm so glad I did. My consultation with Dr. Rumpa was excellent. She was incredibly thorough and took her time to explain everything without rushing. Her detailed approach left me feeling completely satisfied and well-informed. The convenience here is a huge plus. The hospital has an on-site pharmacy, so I was able to get my prescribed medication right after my appointment. The prices were very affordable, and the staff were not only attentive but also spoke English, which made the entire process so much easier. I would highly recommend this hospital to anyone in need of a great dermatologist. It's a fantastic experience all around. 10/10—a very satisfied customer here! ✨

I flew from Koh Samui to see Dr.Rhumpa in Bangkok and couldn’t have been more pleased. She immediately makes you feel like family. I felt very confident in her diagnosis and plans to remedy my skin and nail issues. I’m already planning my return trip to get additional things done! And a special shout out to Khun Lyn who took care of me from start to finish. She was an absolute delight and made the appointment that much more seamless and enjoyable. Thank you to all of you!

I am leaving this review because my experience with this clinic was internally inconsistent and the communication around treatment options and pricing kept changing. First consultation: two options discussed In my initial consultation, the doctor discussed two different treatment options with me: CO₂ laser and electrocautery. I was told that the CO₂ option would cost 4,000 THB, and that the electrocautery option would cost 8,000 THB per session, with the expectation of more than one session. I was fine with multiple sessions because it sounded like a cautious approach. I booked electrocautery explicitly After that consultation, I made an appointment and I was very clear that I wanted electrocautery. That was the reason I came back. At the appointment, the clinic suddenly introduced “AGNES” and changed the narrative When I returned for the appointment, I was told something along the lines of: “Good news, AGNES is cheaper.” I was also told that CO₂ was still an option, but that AGNES would be 4,000 THB. This was presented as if AGNES had always been part of the original discussion, but it was new to me. I said clearly that this was not what I came for and that I had booked electrocautery. Second consultation: I was told they only do AGNES and CO₂ After this confusion, I ended up speaking with a doctor again (a new doctor). At that point, the conversation was framed as if my only options were AGNES or CO₂. I asked again: where is electrocautery? Because that was what we had discussed and what I had booked. The doctor told me that AGNES is the same as electrocautery. From a technical perspective, this is not correct: AGNES RF (microneedle RF) and electrocautery/electrocoagulation are different modalities with different mechanisms and different practical execution. When I pointed this out, the doctor dismissed my concern and suggested that my information (including what I learned independently) was wrong. I want electrocautary because this is the least risky option for my nose. Result: unclear options, shifting terminology, and changing pricing By the end of this process, I no longer had confidence that the clinic was communicating accurately and consistently. The available options, the terminology, and the pricing changed depending on who I spoke to. Electrocautery was discussed initially and then effectively disappeared, replaced by AGNES, and the clinic tried to treat them as equivalent. **** UPDATE 2 WEEKS LATER **** What was diagnosed by two doctors of Rampada as a ‘gland’ turned out to be a simple milium. It was easily removed by a beautician during a standard facial, for a fraction of the cost and without any risk of injury. So my experience with Ramapda was bad on all levels, I have lost all trust in this Clinic. *********************************** I am not writing this to claim the clinic cannot deliver good results for other patients. The staff were polite and the clinic looks professional. But if you are a patient who cares about clear medical communication, consistent explanations, and correct technical distinctions, you may find this experience frustrating and trust-damaging.
