This is my second session of pico laser with them for toning legs and back . Today was done by Dr.Toon, and i cant help noticing how thorough she was with covering every inch of my skin and at the same time guiding how i can go up to higher frequency keeping in safe zone. I was very impressed by her genuineness and professionalism. Definitely keeping her for my next trials. Besides that the staff is super congenial and kind. Always get back to my inquiries right away and they gave me a wonderful introductory price for the first time along free gifts. I totally recommend this to everyone. Will keep posted more updates on my laser result once i finish all four session. Keeping fingers crossed for the best results.

I came to this clinic for melasma treatment with high expectations, based on the standards advertised on Facebook. I initially paid 50,000 baht for a course, and later added another 15,000 baht for a change in the injectable medication. At that time, I was assured there would be no additional charges. However, during my most recent visit, they offered to change the medication within the course again, requesting an additional 15,000 baht payment. This raised questions about the clarity and continuity of the treatment plan. Even more concerning is that when I refused the additional course, I was met with comments implying I might not have followed their instructions, despite having inquired with the doctor about the products used at the clinic via LINE before each use and being assured of their compatibility. As a patient, I believe no one invests time and money without expecting improved results. My decision not to continue is not due to financial constraints, but rather a matter of principles and transparency in service delivery. From a consumer perspective, effective communication should be based on verifiable information rather than guesswork, and should respect the client as an individual investing in long-term treatment. Finally, the atmosphere and demeanor of the staff at times made me feel that the overall experience did not match the price paid. Hopefully, the clinic will use this feedback to improve its communication standards and transparency to better maintain customer trust in the future. ***Update after the clinic's clarification*** Thank you to the clinic for the clarification. However, the response did not clearly explain the refund calculation criteria, especially the use of the "full price of the course" instead of the "actual amount paid by the consumer," resulting in a refund amount that does not reflect the actual services used. Based on the calculations, the amount that should have been received is approximately 20,125 baht. From the consumer's perspective, the refund calculation should be based on the actual amount paid, not a figure the consumer never paid, which is a significant point of unfairness. Considering the terms and methods, this may constitute "unfair contract terms against consumers," including the past communication style which may have made consumers feel pressured in exercising their rights. This matter is now in the process of being reviewed by the Consumer Council to consider the facts and fairness of this case. Therefore, I request that the clinic review and clarify the refund calculation criteria in writing, and adjust the refund amount to reflect the actual amount paid by the consumer, to ensure transparency and fairness. If a suitable resolution is not reached, I will be compelled to proceed with the relevant legal processes and may publish additional factual information to the public. I hope for a straightforward and fair resolution.
