We went for our first cervical cancer screening and ultrasound. We saw good reviews on Google and decided to use their services. Things we liked: The doctor was very skilled and caring. The staff were lovely and friendly. During the examination, a staff member held my hand and offered encouragement, which made me feel much more at ease. Reasons for giving 4 stars: 1. We were asked about the examination items four times, even though we had informed them in advance via LINE what we wanted. Upon arrival, we were repeatedly asked by the lobby staff, nurses, the doctor, and the staff in the examination room, in that order. It felt like there was a lack of communication within the organization, resulting in us having to explain our medical history repeatedly. 2. Issue with the deposit deduction. When paying the deposit, we asked the page admin if the deposit would be deducted from the total amount upon payment. We were confirmed to do so. However, on the day of payment, the lobby staff charged the full amount without deducting the deposit. We had to object ourselves to get it resolved. 3. Difficulty contacting them. We called several times to inquire about information, but no one answered. 4. Appointment time discrepancy. We had an appointment with the doctor at 6:00 PM, but had to wait almost half an hour because the doctor was busy with another case. (Understandable that this was an unforeseen circumstance, but we would have preferred to be informed in advance if there would be a delay.)

This is my first time at this branch. The clinic is clean and spacious, and the reception staff are friendly. However, today I brought my boyfriend for an acne treatment package that includes acne injections. I inquired beforehand about whether the doctor would be in, and the staff said yes (normally at the Siam branch, the doctor always performs the acne injections). But when we arrived, it turned out to be a nurse who performed the treatment. The staff said the doctor had gone out for an urgent errand. I understand that it's a procedure that a nurse can perform, but not informing me in advance and having the patient find out later that the doctor wasn't performing it (I found out after the doctor had already extracted the pimples) felt a bit unpleasant. Moreover, there were two nurses who performed the treatment, and they were talking amongst themselves, saying things like, "Is this the correct dose and dilution?" They were asking each other these questions right in front of the patient, who was lying there. How would that feel? I usually really like MedicCare (I thought all branches would have the same standards), but after this experience, I think I'd go back to the Siam branch instead.

Today, I got Botox injections for wrinkles on my forehead and jawline. The doctor gave excellent advice. Most importantly, she was incredibly sincere and had a very gentle touch. The clinic is right next to the road, and parking is very convenient.

Today was my first time using the clinic's services and I was very impressed! The doctor and staff took great care of me from the moment I arrived.
