I would like to file a complaint regarding the service provided by the staff on the day I received treatment, as I was extremely disappointed with the communication method. Before the appointment, I clearly informed the admin via chat: “If my girlfriend also wants to have the treatment, will it be possible?” The admin replied: “Yes, absolutely. You two can be scheduled consecutively.” From this conversation, I understood that the clinic was aware that there would be two patients, and they did not ask for my girlfriend's name even once. On the day of the appointment, the staff informed me that they could not find my girlfriend's name and said that next time I would need to provide it. I immediately explained that I had provided it during the booking process and no one had asked for any additional information from me. But what I found unacceptable was the staff's response: “This is common sense.” I would like to ask in return, whose common sense are you referring to? As a customer, I informed them that my girlfriend would be coming. My responsibility was to state my intention. The clinic's responsibility was to obtain all necessary information. If the names of the patients were required, why didn't the admin ask from the beginning, instead of blaming the customer for not knowing this? Most importantly, my girlfriend was able to receive the treatment as normal, without any impact on the queue or the treatment itself. Therefore, I do not understand... Why would the staff blame me? If the lack of a name prevented my girlfriend from receiving the service, I would accept that I might have missed some information. But when everything went smoothly in the end, I was treated as if I lacked common sense, when in reality the admin never even asked for additional information. I've used many beauty clinics, and when booking with my girlfriend, I only mention, "My girlfriend will be having the treatment." Every clinic understands immediately. If they need a name or additional information, they are the ones who ask. No clinic has ever told a customer, "This is common sense." If I were the service provider and this happened, the first thing I would say to the customer is: "I apologize, we didn't ask for all the necessary information from the beginning." Not shifting the blame or system error to the customer and using language that makes the customer feel guilty. I'm not bothered about the request for the name; if it had been asked from the start, I would have provided it immediately. What I am bothered about is the attitude and communication style of the staff, which is inappropriate for customer service.

100 out of 100, no complaints! The doctor was very gentle. I've had thread lifting done elsewhere before, and it was extremely painful afterward. But here, it was comfortable and painless. I can clearly see the improvement in my appearance. I will definitely come back again. I love it! 🥰😍

My first thread lift here with Dr. Paeng. The doctor and the staff were so lovely. They gave me great advice on post-thread lift care. For a beautiful face, this is the place to go! ❤️

Excellent! The staff provided great advice and didn't try to push any packages. The doctor was very gentle. I will definitely use their services again next time.
