I had a terrible experience at this clinic. I booked through GoWabi, but upon arrival, they claimed the booking wasn't in their system. Despite finally agreeing to perform the service, the manager’s attitude was appalling. She was incredibly rude, condescending, and made me feel discriminated against as a foreigner. Not a single smile or even basic courtesy was shown. I chose this clinic because of its good reputation, but the hostile environment ruined the experience. I strongly advise other travelers to avoid this place. There are plenty of other clinics in Bangkok that actually value their customers. Extremely disappointed. and I bought voucher for 1 hour but it took only 30 minutes

I visited because I saw the 990 THB promotion for acne extraction. Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. As soon as I walked in, the staff immediately tried to upsell me to a 3,500 THB facial package with additional cleaning, hydration, and light therapy. I politely declined because I only wanted the advertised 990 THB acne extraction. They then offered me a 2,000 THB package instead. I had to say no multiple times before they finally agreed to provide the service I originally came for. Another thing that surprised me was that I was required to pay before the treatment. In my experience, most facial clinics collect payment after the service is completed, so this felt unusual. The treatment itself lasted only about 10 minutes, which seemed far too short for a full-face acne extraction. When I checked my skin afterward, I could still see many blackheads and clogged pores on my nose and forehead. In fact, I was able to extract quite a few of them myself afterward, which made me feel that the extraction had not been done thoroughly or carefully. I don’t mind paying for quality service, but this experience felt rushed and focused more on upselling than providing the treatment that was advertised. I left feeling disappointed and cannot recommend this clinic based on my experience. I came because of the promotion, but I left feeling that the promotion was simply a way to get customers in and pressure them into more expensive treatments.
