  I'm not impressed. Every time I book an appointment, I arrive early but never get my appointment. A 10-15 minute delay is understandable, but sometimes it's 1-2 hours late. I wasn't even able to continue my appointment. The price is higher than other places, but the management system is terrible.

  Laser hair removal was a terrible experience. I was traumatized. I booked a package, but there was no prior assessment of my hair type. The treatment was excruciatingly painful, like I was dying, but they told me to endure it. The staff member even spoke in a harsh tone when I was in pain, saying my hair was thick and I needed a different machine. I was confused why they didn't tell me this beforehand and offer a different machine suitable for me. When I booked, they said this machine was suitable for all skin and hair types and wouldn't be painful. The actual treatment was unbearable. I'm usually okay with pain. The next day, my skin was covered in red bumps and pus-filled sores, inflamed all over the treated area. It was incredibly painful and agonizing. I cried because of the stress. I contacted the front desk, and while they were very nice and helpful, they only gave me ointment and a cold massage to soothe it for seven days. Now, the laser-treated area has dark spots that won't go away. They initially said the marks would disappear on their own, but I could come back for treatment if I was concerned. I feel terrible and don't want to go back again. Treating scars is very difficult. This was my first and only experience. I'm terrified of laser hair removal and don't want any further treatment. I urge everyone considering laser hair removal to consult a doctor first to ensure they use the right machine for you. Because once you get a wound, the feeling isn't worth it. You have to spend time treating and fixing it, and scarring takes a very long time. 🙏🏻
