  As a foreigner in Thailand you can be sure to (almost) always have great service, but you never know if the experience will translate well to English. So I was controlling my expectations before first time going to Jajeong Clinic for some skincare treatments. Luckily, everything - from the first greeting to the results several weeks after treatment - was much above reasonable expectations. The nurses were professional and gentle, preparing with anesthetic cream and guiding through the preparations. Before the treatment the took time for consultations and in depth questions about alternatives, expectations, packages and prices, next steps and what to think about after the treatments. His English skills are just great and communication went smooth! The procedure itself also went good and doctor and nurse were very professional, smooth and trustworthy. Just a slight pain from the machines and needles of course, but the anesthetic and the constant work with cooling pad by nurse helped a lot. Price is another positive factor and compared to other places in Bangkok on the cheaper end. And especially considering the quality of products (Botox brands, machines, etc) and doctors skills. Results of treatments are very good, with obvious less wrinkles and firmer, healthier looking skin overall. Couldnt be more satisfied! At the time for this review I have already went to the clinic twice and will definitely come back next time in Bangkok. Thank you so much doctor and nurses for the work you do and hope see you again next time. Don’t shut down or move or go anywhere! ;)

  Absolutely recommended! The Jajeong Clinic in Bangkok far exceeded my expectations. From the very beginning, I felt very comfortable here. The doctor is not only extremely friendly and competent, but also speaks excellent English, which made communication very pleasant. I would particularly like to emphasize the warmth and professionalism of the entire team. The staff are incredibly nice and accommodating. Thanks to them, I immediately felt welcome and well looked after. I had the HIFU Q+ treatment and I am more than satisfied with the result. The treatment was carried out professionally and the result is impressive. The Jajeong Clinic is definitely a top address for beauty treatments in Bangkok. I can recommend it without reservation and will definitely come back on my next visit to Bangkok. ✨🙏

  The doctor provided excellent service, was unhurried, meticulous, and provided complete information. They focused on solving problems directly, not on pushing sales. Parking is available. The clinic is clean. The doctor opened a new bottle of medication in front of me. The price was good; I wasn't disappointed.

  On-site service: Staff and doctor were great, providing consultations without pushing any courses. I was quite impressed. The price was reasonable. However, what might make me reconsider continuing with this place is the back-end service. The admin team receives requests but doesn't follow up on cases. Sometimes they receive a request but don't respond. They might read the message but not reply, or they might not provide an update. I'm not very impressed with this because I don't like asking multiple times, it feels like I'm pestering them. I try not to follow up, but not doing so means not getting answers. And this isn't just a one-off occurrence. Improving the back-end service would be fantastic. Everything else is great already. Don't lose customers simply because of a lack of attentive staff.
