  This clinic is constantly trying to sell and deceive customers. Their target is likely those who are only interested in cheap prices and lack knowledge about the equipment used for procedures. I once booked a course of 10 underarm laser treatments through an ad. The ad clearly stated it was a diode machine, but in reality, they used a different machine. I've been to many clinics, both cheap and expensive, and I can tell the difference between machines just by looking at them and how they work, but I was too lazy to complain. However, one time I booked a pico lip treatment package with a doctor plus the same underarm laser course. The first time, I had the actual doctor and the actual pico machine, but this time they changed the underarm laser machine to the real diode machine. But after that, when I went back for the pico lip treatment and underarm diode laser treatment, I emphasized repeatedly that I wanted the diode machine because I wanted to see if the clinic would still try to trick me despite my repeated insistence. And yes, this time they switched back to the original machine. Moreover, the staff tried to use the non-diode machine for my lip treatment on me. You can judge for yourselves how outrageous that is. I couldn't take it anymore and had to yell. The staff kept rotating shifts to try and get away with it. They kept twisting the facts, claiming the package we bought wasn't a diode or pico machine, but we had all the evidence to refute their claims. Yet, the staff were still relentlessly trying to sell us more courses, to the point where we had to ask if they dared to sell us more. Another customer was having a procedure in the same room and heard everything. In the end, the whole clinic was in chaos that day, and the staff corrected our course voucher to show the correct machine code. But believe it or not, the next time we went for underarm laser treatment, we still got treated with a machine that wasn't a diode. It was incredibly frustrating. I've used up all my courses at this clinic and have no intention of buying anything from them again. If you've read this far, please don't go to a clinic that focuses on deception like this. There are plenty of other places.

  I would like to share my experience receiving treatment today. I had an appointment booked for 3:30 PM and arrived on time, but had to wait to see the doctor until approximately 4:00 PM before being informed that the medication had not yet arrived and could not be administered today. I understand that sometimes there may be delivery issues or internal system problems beyond our control, but what I find unacceptable is the lack of prior notification to the client. This information should have been available well before the appointment, resulting in unnecessary wasted time, travel disruptions, and changes to my personal schedule.
