  ✅ - The clinic is very clean and well decorated. - The staffs provide very good service and are very polite. The front desk lady came to greet me at the car with an umbrella to protect me from the sun. - During the process, doctor June showed and unpackaged the products that will be use on my face in front of me. This part really provides confidence for me as I know for sure that authentic products are being used. - Doctor June has a very calming and professional presence. She was able to answer all my questions and provide solid recommendations. She also makes sure her patients feel safe asking as many questions as they need. - Importantly, she does have steady and efficient hands. My lips filling session was done with a breeze with minor spot that surpassed my pain threshold. While, my botox injections were done swiftly with care nonetheless more painful. ⛔️ - Be ready to answer repetitive questions. Some of the informations have been provided prior to my visit via LINE with the admin, however, it seems those were not passed on to the ground staff so I had to answer everything again. - Made an appointment for 10am but unfortunately had to wait 40 mins. - Needed to specifically asked to get consultation with the doctor. Personally, I feel it should be a priority to get more face to face time with the doctor than with the consultant. All in all 5/5 experience at the clinic. My recovery and after treatment service experience shall be updated later 🙏🏻

  The clinic environment was so luxury but very comfy and hygiene. The staff were so welcoming, they coordinated so professionally. I got a facial filler and the dermatologists were super talented and experienced. They gave me genuine advices. There’s also a lil café serving good food here !
