Based on my experience, I had an appointment on June 23rd at 1:00 PM (which was booked a week in advance, not last-minute). Upon arriving at the clinic, only a staff member asked for my name and if I had an appointment. After giving my name, I sat for an hour without receiving any treatment. What was the point of making an appointment if I wasted so much time? I had to postpone everything, and everything was delayed. There was no apology whatsoever. I couldn't wait any longer and had to call the clinic number to get someone to answer the phone because no one was at the counter. The doctor happened to come out at that moment, so I asked how long the queue was and if I could make it by 3:00 PM. Turns out, I couldn't, and had to reschedule. In the end, I couldn't get to my appointment on the scheduled day and had to reschedule for another week. It was a huge waste of time and forced me to completely rearrange my plans.
