  The doctor gave excellent advice and understood the problems we were being treated for. The staff provided good service. The clinic area is beautiful, clean, and has plenty of waiting space. The parking lot is spacious and convenient for patients.

  The queue management system is having problems. I had an appointment at 1 PM, but actually saw the doctor at 2 PM, only to be told that the schedule was full and the doctor had many cases. I'm confused why they accept appointments at 1 PM if the schedule is full. They could schedule for 2 PM so customers don't have to wait. Regarding the before-and-after treatment photos, I've never received them. Therefore, I don't know if there's any progress. The clinic said I have to wait 3 months before I can request the before-and-after photos (even though they are my own photos). 3 months have passed, and I've requested them again, but still haven't received them. The process is very slow; it feels like they don't care about their customers. I'm currently undergoing the hair regrowth program for thinning hair. Personally, I don't feel like my hair loss has decreased. The clinic won't let me see the before-and-after photos (of myself), so I don't know if there's any improvement. I can't say.

  I'd like to suggest improving the scheduling. I had an appointment at 3 PM, but it was almost 4:30 PM and I still hadn't seen the doctor. I told them that if I didn't see the doctor by 4:30 PM, I might have to come back next time because I had other errands to run. That's how I finally got to see the doctor at 4:30 PM. The doctor only comes in on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays from 1 PM to 6 PM, which is too short and results in many cases overlapping. The consultation with the doctor was good; they gave helpful advice and understood my problem of hair thinning and loss. The staff were also very helpful. However, I haven't decided to buy a full treatment course yet because I'm worried about the scheduling, so I tried the serum first.
