  Viera Clinic is a small clinic located in a village. The owner, Dr. Oom, provides professional care and service herself. Ms. Sai (the clinic manager) is lovely, friendly, and provides information and treatments. Another assistant also provides excellent service. It's a warm and welcoming clinic with discounts and promotions for clients. On the first day, I had a cooling treatment to push nutrients into the skin and Botox injections on my upper jaw using a cold compress. It was quite painful, but bearable, as Dr. Oom had warned me beforehand. During the Botox injection, Dr. Oom had a very steady hand using her own technique. She is highly skilled and observant, noticing imperfections and offering advice to ensure client satisfaction. On the second day, a week later, during a follow-up appointment, Dr. Oom injected fillers into the crow's feet and above my eyebrows. She accidentally hit a line, causing bruising that is still there and appears dark and yellow. I was disappointed by this experience. In summary, the Botox injections did tighten and reduce wrinkles, but it might lack naturalness because when I raise my forehead, there are no visible lines; only a slight puffiness on the forehead and uneven eyebrow arches. Please consider carefully.
