  I visited the clinic on Sunday, January 25th, 2026, and was very impressed. The staff were polite, courteous, and friendly, showing no signs of disrespect towards customers. They provided a good explanation of the procedure, both the nurses and the staff performing the treatment. The clinic atmosphere was clean, private, and not crowded. The acne scar treatment course was painless, and I could use my skin immediately afterward without any downtime. Overall, I was very impressed. Latest update: I visited again on May 17th, 2026. The staff were still polite and provided excellent service. However, there was a misunderstanding regarding the treatment course I was taking. The sales representative who sold me the course wasn't there. While I was already in the treatment room, the staff member performing the treatment went to ask at the counter. The person waiting outside at the counter overheard the staff gossiping about me. While not serious, it was slightly upsetting. If I had been the one sitting at the counter and overheard the staff gossiping about a customer, I would have felt the same way. 🙁

  They try to sell you a treatment package every time you go in, making you not want to go back. If you don't make a sale, they don't schedule your next appointment; they just abandon customers who didn't buy the offered package. In short, customers don't complete the full treatment package they purchased.
