The nice and approachable doctor gave a good care and advice whether what I should expect and my individual limitation of lips surgery. This clinic is asserted itself to be the number one in this profession. Nonetheless, undeserving and subpar customer service, for instance the disarray of queue for treatment and lack of full T&C disclosure resulting in non-uniform pricing quotations, prompts me to reconsider again and dissuade me to hold the long-term relationship.

I had a doctor perform Cupid bow's lip surgery here several years ago, which resulted in a disfigured lip. I went back for a second correction, but my lips remained crooked, so I had to seek a new doctor for further correction. The doctor was very nice but not worth disfigured lip 🤦🏻♀️
