I was honestly very disappointed with my experience at Super Cha and felt the “Ultra Lifting Effect” treatment was extremely overpriced for what was actually provided. I originally went there for a proper facial cleansing, but was told they didn’t offer it and was instead recommended this treatment because I’m 33 and it was supposed to help make my skin look more youthful. The way it was explained made it sound like a specialized and extensive lifting treatment. However, the actual treatment felt quite basic: steaming, pore suction, serum, a mask, and a lot of face/head massage. There was no proper facial cleansing, and I didn’t notice any lifting effect afterward. For me, it felt more like an expensive facial and head massage than the specialized lifting treatment I was expecting. There was also confusion about the price. I understood it to be around 2,300 THB and asked three times to confirm, but was charged 2,699 THB by card. It may have simply been a communication misunderstanding, but I was still surprised by the final amount. Overall, I feel the treatment was far too expensive for what was actually done, especially in Thailand where you can find proper facial treatments at much more reasonable prices. If you’re looking specifically for facial cleansing or a noticeable lifting treatment, I personally would not recommend this one.
