  Terrible service from the start. The receptionist was grumpy, and the sales staff were stern. They tried to offer a 4-5 session course, but when I didn't buy it, she said the price would go up and I'd regret it. Then they were slow at keying in information. I had a 2 PM appointment, but the doctor was busy eating. In short, I waited half an hour for data entry and the doctor, until I had to ask if they could do the YAG laser treatment first since I'd already waited half an hour. The worst service of all branches. No wonder there are so few customers.

  The first hard-sales employee didn't sell anything. The second and third employees rotated in, all wanting me to do it today. I refused, but they kept asking about 4-5 times if I wanted to do it today. Also, they didn't clear the water from previous customers' tables at all, while the staff just sat there doing nothing. My first thought was, "Did I come to the wrong clinic?"

  I had laser hair removal on my upper lip and face. My skin might be sensitive, or maybe the clinic used high energy, I'm not sure, but I reported burns, peeling, and irritation on both my upper lip and chin. I called the clinic to report the symptoms, and they said their sales representative would contact me. Hours passed, and no one contacted me, so I had to call again. They asked me to send pictures so they could follow up and have a doctor give me advice. The next day, no one contacted me, and not even an apology or statement of responsibility was made. They just kept passing the buck, saying they would contact me later. There are many laser hair removal clinics these days, but I chose this one because I expected expert service and treatment, but the experience was terrible.
