I've been using Romrawin's services since high school, across many branches. This is my first time at this branch. The male doctor gave good advice, and the therapist was attentive. However, the sales staff were incredibly pushy, aggressively increasing the price. They claimed the treatment I had booked wasn't effective and suggested a different one, adding a price that was tens of thousands of baht higher than what was listed on their page. They only stopped selling when I mentioned the page admin quoted a different price. Everything would have been perfect if it weren't for that sales person making me feel unsafe. I felt like I was fighting against something I didn't know what. It's a real shame. 😢
