The sales staff and clinic managers should have the courtesy to offer advice respectfully and considerate of the client's decision. What was this? The doctor was about to open the filler box, and they were still pestering the client by the bedside, asking if she wasn't going to change the filler, and telling her to massage it herself because it was lumpy. This is the first clinic I've ever encountered like this.
