The service was extremely slow. I'm not sure what the problem is, whether it's the admin's queue management or the number of staff performing the procedures. I had an appointment booked via LINE for 5:05 PM for acne extraction, but by 6:30 PM I still hadn't received my scheduled procedure. The staff said there were many customers. If that's the case, what's the point of booking an appointment in advance when I'm not the only customer? People next to me had to be turned away and leave before their procedure due to the excessively long wait.
