Hello. I would like to provide feedback on the clinic's service. I arrived before my appointment at 4:45 PM and it is now 6:00 PM, and I have still not received service, even though it's for underarm laser treatment which doesn't require a doctor's consultation. While waiting, I inquired with the staff for about half an hour and was informed that there was only one patient ahead of me. I decided to wait, but then 2-3 other patients were called before me, leaving me confused and unsure how much longer I would have to wait. Therefore, I would like to request that the clinic please check and provide clearer queue information. If the branch is busy or experiencing delays, please inform me directly from the start so that I can plan my time accordingly. I have other errands to run today, and waiting for so long without clear information is a significant waste of my time. Thank you.
