The service was excellent. They weren't pushy about posting other things, but instead encouraged us to post things that we both agreed were real problems.
I tried getting Botox injections here. The reception staff were very helpful, the doctor was skilled, gave good advice, explained things clearly, and was very gentle. I will definitely come back again. I was very impressed with my first visit.
The staff provided excellent service. There's convenient parking available, and there's a cafe next door where you can order drinks.
There's no doctor, and the staff are the ones using the laser machines and other equipment on customers without a doctor's prior assessment. That's enough for me.
I'm not impressed. Every time I book an appointment, I arrive early but never get my appointment. A 10-15 minute delay is understandable, but sometimes it's 1-2 hours late. I wasn't even able to continue my appointment. The price is higher than other places, but the management system is terrible.
