  The clinic is clean, the doctor is polite and provides good service, and they don't try to sell you any treatment packages. They give good advice. There are many staff members, but some seem reluctant to serve, speaking without politeness and having grumpy expressions. If you're not ready to work, you shouldn't be here. However, the other staff members are polite and provide good service. I hope this feedback will be given to those staff members.

  I couldn't get rid of my acne anywhere else, but I was surprised to find a place with such good acne treatment and affordable prices. My acne cleared up thanks to this place. I had chronic acne for a year, and it improved in just two weeks. I'm still going strong with them for my acne and skincare to this day. The staff are all lovely and friendly.

  I went for a pimple extraction service 30 minutes before closing time. I asked if they still offered pimple extraction and injections, and the counter staff said yes. The front desk then offered various promotions. Since I'd never been there before, I just wanted to see the pimple extraction and injection options first, so I didn't buy any of the packages offered. I sat down and talked with the doctor, who was very nice and gave good advice. The doctor recommended only injections and medication. After the injection, they had an assistant help extract the pus from the pimples. They squeezed very hard, making my face shake and causing me to tense up. I'm not sure if they just have a heavy hand or if they were reluctant to provide the service, but they should improve their pressure. I was very unimpressed and this will be my only visit. I usually go to pimple extraction clinics quite often, and I've never encountered such excessive pressure before.

  They didn't provide any clear information, and when I called to ask, they were sarcastic. If you can't provide customer service, go find another job. They didn't give complete details. If I had known, I wouldn't have gone to the clinic. I did my own research. If you don't ask, they just won't tell you anything. It's so frustrating. Everyone wants their skin to look better, right? Don't bother going there. They should use the time they spend selling courses to provide detailed information instead.
