  This is my first time visiting Ivy Clinic, and I'm very impressed. All the staff are lovely. I came for laser hair removal, and I really like it. The hair is completely gone. I've been to several places before, but I'm most impressed with Ivy Clinic – the service, the sales staff, and the BTs (Beauty Advisors) are all wonderful.

  The service was quite unprofessional and the least impressive I've ever experienced at this type of clinic. I used to work at a beauty clinic myself. 1. On my first visit, before using the booked course, the staff pressured me into buying a new course, speaking in a pushy manner and disregarding my feelings. Furthermore, after the treatment, they continued to try to persuade me to use other services. When I said it wasn't convenient, this staff member pointed to my companion and said, "Let's use this person instead," which is behavior I've never encountered at any clinic before. 2. Credibility: The staff were talking amongst themselves in a very informal and impolite manner. It's understandable, considering it was 11:30 AM (the clinic stated it opened at 11:00 AM). 3. Atmosphere: The staff were unprepared to welcome customers; they were putting on makeup at the front counter. If the clinic wishes to contact me personally, I am happy to speak. Please feel free to contact me. I am extremely dissatisfied with the clinic.
