Disappointing experience. The staff seemed poorly trained and handled my skin quite roughly during the procedure. The hygiene was also concerning.I saw a sponge being reused, and the procedure did not appear to follow proper sterile technique. For a clinic performing procedures on people’s skin, basic hygiene and infection control should be a minimum standard. I would not feel comfortable going back.
