  I booked an appointment for laser treatment by calling to inquire about available slots. I didn't mind if there weren't any, but the tone of the employee named Pia—immediately saying there were no available slots, and then another employee chimed in saying there were still slots available, was as if they didn't want me to come in. When I arrived, I registered on a customer history form without any prior notification about what to fill out. The way they spoke was as if they were angry at someone and then provided service. Their facial expression, eye contact, and tone were completely unsuitable for customer service. Perhaps they saw that I only had one session left in my treatment and wasn't planning to renew. The atmosphere in the clinic was very uncomfortable.

  I arrive a few minutes earlier to fill up the paper work. There was very few people, so I didn't have to wait. The good time to go is 3:30 pm The pico laser was authentic Candela. I was looking for a clinic that had an authentic machine, so that's why I picked Gangnam. They put numb cream on your face for 45 min and the laser doesn't hurt at all. The doctor is very thorough. It's been 3 days and I can already see improvement in my skin :)
