This is my first time getting a whitening injection. I booked a promotion through the official Facebook account, but the staff at this branch made me choose to purchase a more expensive package. This was not a problem for me, but it can be confusing and frustrating for new customers.

The staffs in the clinic are total scam. They don’t mention that they have more cheaper promotions . They just sold me their usual package and tole me that it is the promotion. They think that I can’t find out about the promotion. At least they should be honest .

Sold the course, then ignored the customers. Hard to book an appointment, had to beg the staff even after paying. No service mind at all.
