  I booked a filler treatment that included a free skin brightening injection. I told the staff I wanted to get it later because I wasn't ready for the swelling. I thought they would schedule the appointment after the injection, but they didn't care at all. Maybe it's because I didn't purchase the extra treatment, haha. The doctor did a good job, but the staff service was terrible and needs improvement. The staff at [Clinic Name] are excellent and should be emulated. I had the treatment done on the 1st of the month. I expected them to call to confirm the appointment later in case they forgot or anything, but they completely ignored me, haha.
