  I received treatment via Facebook, not in person at the clinic. Overall, the advice was good, but sometimes the admin or staff member (whether doctor or staff member) gave confusing and disconnected answers. It's unclear how many staff members there are, causing confusion for patients who had to ask repeatedly for clarification on the matter. I hope this improves. Please read the question carefully before answering. There's no need to rush; it's a chat conversation, and rushing into unclear answers is frustrating.
