  The service was not as good as I expected. I had already paid and was waiting for my treatment when another customer arrived. The staff then asked me to wait a bit longer, explaining that they had forgotten to book that customer in. Without my consent, they let the other person go ahead of me, even though I had booked in advance and arrived first. 😞 As a result, I decided to request a refund — fortunately, they agreed and paid me back. Overall, it was a disappointing experience. I’m just glad I didn’t purchase any packages in advance.
