  Review of Cieltaa Clinic Rangsit Branch as a Paying Customer 😭 I encountered many issues. I purchased a 10-session full-body diode laser hair removal package for 20,000฿, but my hair didn’t reduce at all—even though I don’t have much body hair to begin with. From my experience with laser treatments at 3–4 different clinics, this was the worst. The staff turnover is extremely high—I’ve had five different technicians within a year. I chose this clinic because it was close to my university and the price seemed reasonable. The second visit was the most problematic. I had an appointment at 13:00 but didn’t get treated until 14:39 because they had switched staff and claimed I never booked an appointment. ??? They did compensate me with an extra session, so I’ll give them +0.5 stars instead of 1 for at least taking some responsibility. Each staff member performs the treatment differently. The second session was the most confusing because I had to keep my arms raised the entire time—what??? They also completely skipped the back of my arms until I specifically asked. How is this considered “full-body” laser treatment? Oh, and you have to shave before coming in. If not, it’s 100฿ per area. Other clinics I’ve been to include shaving in the package. It’s inconvenient, especially considering that 20,000฿ for 10 sessions is a mid-to-high price range. And worst of all, I saw no results. Think carefully before coming here. I wouldn’t recommend it 😭 P.S. The 100฿ shaving fee per area was never mentioned beforehand 😭 P.S. 2 P’Meaw was the most attentive, took action, and provided the best service (+0.5 star for that) 🥹🫶

  I've been coming here for almost a year now, and the service is amazing! The shop is adorable, newly renovated and even more beautiful than before. It's also more convenient to get to. The staff are incredibly lovely, providing excellent service at every level. ❤️ I've never been disappointed. They offer a full range of services. I highly recommend this place!

  The new branch is HUGE! ✨ I've been using their services since my student days at the old branch, and even now that I'm almost graduated, I still keep coming back here. They even have student prices! I'll regret not using them after I graduate! 😹 The staff are super friendly and lovely. The clinic is clean, comfortable, and very spacious. What impressed me most is that I actually see results after the treatments! 🙏💙
