I agree completely. Appointments are never on time. We're always made to wait for hours. Even after asking for a definite time so we can reschedule or come at a different time, and even letting the staff handle the scheduling, we still have to wait. They're never on time, not even once. Instead of using that time for other things, we have to sit here waiting aimlessly. There are so many more important things to do than wasting time waiting like this. They need to manage their time better before scheduling client meetings.
