I just had mu double eyelid surgery today and everything went well. The staff and the doctor are all nice and friendly. Two thumbs up! #BeproudClinic
Waste time, spoken on line and direct has big differences, in the end just want to make customer visit to make more business where the mistake is by the clinic unprofessional skills, after sale has alot of reason and excuses.
Service is worst than bad, waste customer time and doesn't communicate properly, after sale service is horrible, will have alot of damn delay and excuses, i strongly don't believe the review here is all legitimately real.
This is a mass clinic, they care more about marketing and business operations. (As many cases and reviews as possible). It didn’t feel comfortable, waited forever to talk to Dr Lin, and she’s very dismissive and patronizing. Didn’t give importance to patient and very rush processed. Not impressed all. I had a chin augmentation at Beproud and was very impressed. Dr. First did a beautiful and natural job. The price was as reviewed, a one-time payment. I only had the silicone upgraded. The staff were very attentive and gave great advice. 🥰
